@whack if it weren't filled with water I would be tempted to get a sled and just demolish this ancient toilet.

Channeling my inner @whack as I hand file rusted toilet bolts to finish this replacement 🀬

Hey, I made a bunch of weird, quarter-scale retrocomputers. This is a thread, so feel free to share.

However any common Linux desktop or server use case glibc makes the most sense because of all the Cursed Things that everyone deoends on

anyone have any good links (or want to infodump) about the pros/cons on targeting linux-musl over linux-gnu?

i'm vaguely aware that Weird systems exist where glibc will be sad (nixos?)?

i'm also vaguely aware that glibc can sometimes do Important Cursed Things making musl sad?

please just tax billionaires out of existence so i never have to delete a Giving Tuesday email again okay thank you

Good morning! A post just rolled across my fedi-timeline saying not to post about politics on Mastodon, so I'm here to remind you that:

1 "politics" refers to decision-making about how to live together in groups
2 choosing to not participate in political discussion is saying you support the status quo, and is a political stance
3 abstaining from politics because you feel safe from its impacts is a privilege and a choice to abandon your more vulnerable neighbours

HOT OLDER MEN in YOUR AREA want to know if YOU have been TOUCHING the THERMOSTAT.

Google has now migrated maps.google.com to www.google.com/maps thus if you grant Geoloc permission in your browser, every G-service on www.google.com can track your location.
